At APS Terminal, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and ensure complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
- During Initial Phase: If you cancel within the first 7 days after project commencement and before any deliverables are shared, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus costs for any work already completed).
- Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as documented in the project agreement, and we are unable to resolve the issues within the revision rounds included in your package.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the project has been completed and approved by the client
- If the client fails to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner, causing project delays
- For work that has been completed according to the agreed specifications
- For third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting, stock images, premium plugins, etc.)
- For SEO and digital marketing services after the campaign has been launched
- If the client's business requirements change after project approval
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Step 1: Email us at hello@apsterminal.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Project Name]"
- Step 2: Include your project details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Projects can be cancelled with 14 days written notice
- Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any advance payment will be adjusted against work already completed
- All client-provided materials will be returned within 7 days of cancellation
Partial Refunds
In cases where a partial refund is applicable, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- Total payment minus the cost of work completed
- Third-party costs already incurred will be deducted
- A detailed breakdown will be provided with the refund
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
